Shipping Policy

Thank you for collecting original artwork by Sarah Dahl Watts. Every piece is carefully packaged with the same attention and care that goes into creating it.

Processing Time

Original artwork is typically prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Limited edition prints and other small goods typically ship within 5 to 7 business days, unless otherwise noted.

If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping times vary depending on your location but generally range from 2 to 7 business days within the United States.

Packaging

Original paintings are professionally wrapped and protected to ensure they arrive safely. Larger works may ship in custom boxes designed specifically for artwork.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is available throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for select pieces. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country.

Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. This allows us to work with the shipping carrier and find the best possible resolution.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
